Status: SSR complete, deployed to production

- Cargo workspace (3-crate structure)
- Master DB + Tenant DB (12 migrations, 55 tables)
- Authentication (argon2 + session), 40 routes, Dashboard/Properties/Reservations CRUD
- CSS + responsive sidebar
- Docker + Fly.io + health checks
- All placeholder pages implemented
