1. StayFlow (Vacation Rental SaaS)

Status: SSR complete, deployed to production

Completed:

  • Cargo workspace (3-crate structure)
  • Master DB + Tenant DB (12 migrations, 55 tables)
  • Authentication (argon2 + session), 40 routes, Dashboard/Properties/Reservations CRUD
  • CSS + responsive sidebar
  • Docker + Fly.io + health checks
  • All placeholder pages implemented

Next sprint:

  • Beds24 API integration (OAuth2, property/reservation sync)
  • Stripe Checkout + Webhook
  • LINE Messaging API integration
  • Litestream (SQLite -> S3 replication)

Blockers: None. Beds24 API documentation reviewed; ready to begin implementation.

2. StayFlowApp (Production SaaS)

Status: Live in production

Metrics:

  • Target MRR: ¥3M

3. MisebanAI (In-Store AI Camera Analytics)

Status: Phase 1 MVP in development (Day 1-30)

Note: 2,318 lines of uncommitted API changes -- commit scheduled for today

  • Blog posts #008, #009 (release preparation meeting)
  • Large-scale API refactoring (uncommitted)

4. JitsuFlow (Jiu-Jitsu Platform)

5. IronClaw / Ouroboros (Autonomous AI Agent)

Status: Running in production (Hetzner)

Architecture: Self-compiling agent -> LLM proposes patches -> cargo build -> automatic deploy/rollback

Recent improvements:

  • Conway survival model + constitution (SHA-256 verification)
  • LINE WASM channel + HMAC validation
  • ENV_MUTEX integration, JoinSet-based parallel tool calls
  • Pipe deadlock prevention
